    摘要: Contact lenses are provided for ocular iontophoretic therapy. Implementations include a reservoir adapted to contain a charged therapeutic compound, a current source providing iontophoretic current to the charged therapeutic composition to affect delivery of the charged therapeutic composition into an eyeball, and a sensing circuit controlling the current source to maintain a selected pH range of the charged therapeutic composition. Alternate embodiments include active, sacrificial electrodes for generating ions sufficient to provide electromotive repulsive force to the charged compound to effect transport into ocular tissue.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to manufacture a multi-stage electroporator apparatus in an efficiently manufacturable manner, the electroporator apparatus being capable of adjusting the switching of the voltage of a poring pulse in an extremely broad range of several tens of volts to several thousands of volts depending on the difference in impedance among subjects, and capable of stably and successively generating multiple poring pulses. The present invention provides an electric pulse generator for an electroporator including, as a poring pulse generating means: (A) an n-stage Cockroft-Walton circuit; and (B) a branching-merging circuit including (b1) a switching switch that is turned off in a high-voltage mode and turned on in a low-voltage mode; and (b2) a circuit that is m 1 -series m 2 -parallel capacitors connected in series to the output side of the switching switch.
