Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Fluß-Feldflußfraktionierung einer Mischung aus einem Fluid mit darin vorliegenden Komponenten, umfassend ein Unterteil (2), ein Oberteil (1), einen flachen Strömungskanal zwischen dem Unterteil und dem Oberteil und eine Membran (10), die zumindest einen Teil des Strömungskanals begrenzt und durch die ein Teil des Fluids zu einem Querfluß-Auslaß (9) gelangen kann. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens zwei Einlässe (3,3') für die Mischung aus Fluid und Komponenten aufweist. Hierdurch kann ohne Verminderung der Trennleistung eine höhere Durchsatzrate erreicht werden, so daß sich die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur semi-präparativen oder präparativen Auftrennung von Komponentengemischen eignet.
