The stirring apparatus is provided with: the stirring body, which is a two-circle roller having an axis of rotation and two stirring fins; first and second drive shafts with axial centers not matching the axis rotation; a first shaft coupling, which connects the first drive shaft on a first stirring fin side of the axis rotation; a second shaft coupling, which connects the second drive shaft on a second stirring fin side of the axis of rotation; and a driving unit that exclusively carries out rotary drive of only either of the first and second drive shafts. The driving unit is provided with a regulating member that makes a teeth angular range of a first gear face a power-driven gear without play at a rotary position where the boundary between the teeth angular range and a missing teeth angular range of the first gear faces the power-driven gear and makes a teeth angular range of a second gear face the power-driven gear without backlash at a rotary position where the boundary between the teeth angular range and a missing teeth angular range of the second gear faces the power-driven gear.

One or more ampules (18) of the first (liquid) component (16), provided within the first component section (10), are broken or cut when a lever (36) is rotated. The second (powder) component (20) is provided within the mixing section (12). During the mixing process, a vacuum is applied within the mixing section (12), assisting in the delivery of the first component (16) through a filter (68) while preventing the passage of broken glass or plastic from the ampules (18). Mixing is done by a pair of paddles (98, 99) and a helical spring (106) rotating within the mixing section (12), being driven in one direction, or in alternating opposite directions of rotation, by the drive base. The resulting mixture (165) is dispensed by placing the mixing section (12), without the drive base (14) and the first component supply section (10), into a dispensing gun, which drives a shaft (182) moving a piston (102) within the mixing section (12) to dispense the mixture (165) through a dispensing tube (166) while collapsing the helical spring (106). A plug (204) within the piston (102) is pushed through the dispensing tube (166) to clear the mixture (165) remaining therein. The patent application relates to a kneading dough hook assembly and the kneading dough machine containing the same. The kneading dough hook assembly includes a mounting frame, a first kneading dough hook, a second kneading dough hook, a first fool-proof mechanism and a second fool-proof mechanism. The mounting frame includes two mounting rods. The first and second kneading dough hooks are mounted on the two mounting rods respectively. The fist fool-proof mechanism is provided between the first kneading dough hook and its corresponding first mounting rod. The second fool-proof mechanism is provided between the second kneading dough hook and its corresponding second mounting rod. The quality, efficiency, energy use rate of the patent application which uses two hooks is better than that of the single-hook. Further, the second kneading dough hook is able to balance the vibration caused by the rotation of the first kneading dough hook, making the machine more stable, reducing the noise caused by vibration, and improving work stability during the operation.
