    摘要： A self-cleaning mixer (10) includes a cylindrical housing (21) and a feedscrew (51) extending longitudinally through the housing for mixing water and cement and coveying the slurry through the housing. A chute (23) at the infeed end of the housing receives a batch of material and directs the material into the housing. The feedscrew turns on a hollow shaft (25) including a plurality of outwardly directed nozzles (46, 47, 71-76) along a portion of the length of the shaft. The housing includes a plurality of inwardly directed nozzles (41, 42, 61, 63) fed from a pair of manifolds (44, 62). During a cleaning cycle, one of the manifolds is shut off, thereby increasing the water pressure in the other manifold and increasing the force of the spray to enhance cleaning. The housing is slightly inclined to provide gravity feed of slurry in addition to the feedscrew.

    摘要： The invention relates to a concrete pump with two possible embodiments of the mixing chamber. Said mixing chamber can be produced with a domed end-cap, welded directly to the chamber or a flat end-cap fitted directly to the chamber by means of bolts. The latter embodiment of the end-cap permits an easier access to the chamber and thus facilitates handling or replacement operations for the blades of the mixer or the axle thereof. Said chamber is provided with an interchangeable curved wear lining. Said lining in protective metal sheet, protects the interior of the mixing chamber against the scraping of the materials.
