In this way, the mixing tool pairs produce essentially continuous formations (9) as they pass through the area between the mixer shafts (3a, 3b), said formations emerging in a vertical direction between the two shafts (3a, 3b) from bottom to top. This significantly reduces the mixing times for a particular mixing quality compared to known two-shaft compulsory mixers with an identical number of middle mixing planes (5a-5h).

    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Mischen von lehmhaltigen Stoffen und Materialien mit lehmähnlichen Mischverhalten mit Wasser. Die Vorrichtung weist zunächst im unteren Bereich eines Vorrats- und Mischbehälters 1 eine Dosier- und Austragswelle 6 auf, die das mit dem Wasser vermischte Mischgut aus dem Vorrats- und Mischbehälter 1 austrägt und einer Fördereinrichtung 18 (Pumpe) zuführt. Erfindungsgemäß ist oberhalb der Dosier- und Austragswelle 6 zumindest eine Seitenwelle 9 angeordnet, die das Mischgut permanent auflockert, durchmischt und in Bewegung hält. Über eine Wasserzuführeinrichtung wird dem Mischgut geregelt Wasser zugeführt. Der Austrag von mit Wasser vermischtem Mischgut und die Zufuhr von Wasser sind so aufeinander abgestimmt, dass im unteren Bereich des Vorrats- und Mischbehälters ein Lehm-Wassergemisch mit gleichbleibender Konsistenz gebildet wird, dessen Höhenlinie 20 oberhalb der zumindest einen Seitenwelle liegt. Oberhalb der Höhenlinie 20 des Sumpfbereiches befindet sich trockenes Mischgut, welches entsprechend dem Austrag durch die Dosier- und Austragswelle nachrutscht.
