    摘要: A first elastomeric material (16) is compressed by a piston (13) to be transferred, through holes (11) formed in a dispensing plate (10) sealingly engaging the piston (13), to a plurality of recesses (8) formed in a moulding die (6), for manufacturing a plurality of plugs (5). After the material has been transferred to the forming recesses (8), the dispensing plate (10) and piston (13) are moved away from the moulding die (6) which is then lowered onto a pressure element (7) carrying a support slab (3) made from a second elastomeric material, by injection moulding. The plugs (5) are thereby applied to the support slab (3) and the slab and the plugs are then vulcanized. The plate-like element (1) thus obtained exhibits a support slab (3) on which a plurality of plugs (5) is homogeneously distributed, the material forming the plugs having physical features different from those of the material forming the slab.
