A method for manufacturing a fuel tank using a polyketone, according to the present invention, comprises: a cover injection-molding step for injection-molding an upper cover and a lower cover through an injection-molding machine; a cover assembly step for disposing the upper and lower covers, which have been injection-molded through the cover injection-molding step, at upper and lower positions, respectively, and then assembling the same; and a cover welding step for welding the contact surfaces of the upper and lower covers, which have been assembled in the cover assembly step, with a laser. Accordingly, the present invention may provide a fuel tank made of a polyketone and a manufacturing method therefor, in which a pair of upper and lower covers are simultaneously molded and extracted, assembled through a machine, and then directly welded to each other, whereby it is possible to achieve automation, mass-production, and a marked reduction in cost, and necessary rigidity is satisfied by only the rigidity of a polyketone material without any separate reinforcing object, whereby it is possible to achieve weight reduction of a fuel tank.

A fluid receiver fitting (FRF) for supporting aseptic fluid transfer between enclosures, as well as methods for forming the fluid receiver, is disclosed. The FRF includes a unitized seal section (226) and channel section (228) formed together by 2-shot injection molding, thereby eliminating or minimizing modes of fluid contamination where the seal section and channel section are separate members. The channel section may comprise one or more channels (286) for insertion of a needle (N) therein and a respective penetration zone (266) in a corresponding section of the seal section for the needle to penetrate and thereby extract a fluid sample from a liquid stream against which a portion of the seal section is exposed. An angled interface (288) between each channel and its corresponding penetration zone provides a liquid stream pressure concentration zone which applies pressure to close a core (C) in the seal section formed by removal of the needle.

It is described a method and an apparatus for injection co-mould and assemble plastic material objects having a first part provided with a hinge pin, and a second part provided with an annular element suitable to be coupled in an articulated manner. The apparatus includes a mould having separated moulding impressions for the two parts to be moulded; a first moulding pin element defining the pin impression and a second moulding pin element defining the annular element impression are provided. The apparatus includes cooling means; particularly the first pin element is internally provided with a channel and a tubular element, being coaxially arranged and defining a cooling gap. A cooling fluid flows through the tubular element and the gap. Cams are provided which axially move the pin elements to cause the automatic assembly of the object during the mould opening and then to allow extracting the moulded object.
