摘要: [Solution] An artificial defect material 10 for an FRP structure is provided with: a plurality of layers of reinforced fiber base materials 14; a matrix resin 16, and a heat-resistant high-linear expansion material 20. While the FRP structure is formed at a high temperature, the heat-resistant high-linear expansion material 20 disposed between the layers thermally expands to form a predetermined shape between the layers of the reinforced fiber base materials 14. At normal temperature after the forming, the heat-resistant high-linear expansion material 20 thermally shrinks to form a void between the reinforced fiber base materials 14 due to a shrinkage difference. The heat-resistant high-linear expansion material 20 has a coefficient of linear expansion having a value higher than the coefficient of linear expansion of the FRP structure by a predetermined value or higher, and has heat resistance and shape-retaining properties durable to the forming temperature.
