Die angespritzten Bauteile der Teilbarkeitseinrichtung sind oberseitig und unterseitig mit angeformten Zentrierflügeln versehen, die durch in die Durchflußlöcher eingetretenen thermoplastischen Kunststoff miteinander stoffschlüssig und mit den Tragbändern sowie den Verstärkungsstreifen formschlüssig verbunden sind. Die Zentrierflügel mit dem jeweils zugeordneten Tragband und den Verstärkungsstreifen weisen eine dem Bandschlitz des Reißverschlußschiebers angepaßte Dicke auf.

    摘要: Continuous injection molding apparatus for slide fastener chains. According to a preferred embodiment, this apparatus comprises single stationary mold (1) and two movable molds (2, 3). The stationary mold (1) is provided with a sprue (15) contacted with a nozzle (18) of an injection cylinder (9). These three molds are disposed so that the opposed parting planes (32-35) of the three molds are parallel each other. Then, the sprue (15) is communicated with each row of cavities (4), through each runner (14) or through each runner and each path. The fastener tapes (5) are transported intermittently in spaces formed between the molds respectively in a longitudinal direction. The molten material is shot from the injection cylinder to the sprue (15) and is injected into the rows of cavities (4) between two molds of these three molds through the runner (14) or through the runner and the path respectively. Then, the pairs of rows of fastener elements (6) are molded from the molten material in the rows of cavities (4) and attached simultaneously to the beaded edges. As a result, the plural number of slide fastener chains can be produced by one-shot injection with this apparatus having a normal area of longitudinal cross section.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a fastener chain having solid sections by repeating the steps of providing a tape having perforated sections which include holes punched in a longitudinal edge of the tape, and solid sections, which are free of holes, alternating with the perforated sections, supplying the tape so that the perforated section thereof is placed between a stationary mold and movable mold, applying tension to the tape to stretch it, and then injection-molding fastener elements onto the tape at the holes. Stretching of the tape is accomplished by a sprocket wheel provided adjacent a freely rotatable drum. Teeth on the circumferential surface of the sprocket wheel are caused to recede below the circumferential surface of the freely rotatable drum when a solid section of the tape passes over the drum.
