The present invention relates to an electrospinning device for manufacturing a nanofiber, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrospinning device for manufacturing a nanofiber, wherein a substrate is transferred while a nanofiber web is stacked and formed on a side surface of the substrate through electrospinning of a polymer spinning solution, and the substrate is rotated during transfer such that the nanofiber web is stacked and formed on the other side surface; accordingly, the nanofiber web can be stacked and formed on both surfaces of the substrate through a single manufacturing process; a drying process is performed simultaneously during rotation of the substrate such that, at the same time the nanofiber web is stacked on both surfaces of the substrate, the substrate is dried through a single manufacturing process, thereby removing any solvent remaining on the nanofiber web; and, as electrospinning devices, electro-blown electrospinning devices and electro-spinning electrospinning devices are installed alternately, such that electro-spinning electrospinning and electro-blown electrospinning can be performed alternately with regard to a transferred substrate.

This invention provides a method for fabricating a flexible porous film. One application of the film is for fabricating a flexible lithium-ion battery. The method comprises depositing at least one electrospun layer on a flexible substrate sheet by electrospinning. The solution used in electrospinning comprises polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) (PVdF-HFP) copolymer dispersed in a solvent such that the solution has a polymer viscosity between 300cP to 1500cP. A preferred setting of electrospinning process parameters includes a voltage between 20kV and 50kV, a feed rate between 3ml/h and 12ml/h, and a spinning height between 100mm and 150mm. Preferably, PVDF and PVdF-HFP has a weight ratio between 1:1 and 5:1. The solvent may comprise dimethylformamide (DMF) and acetone in a weight ratio between 1:2 and 8:2. The weight of the copolymer is preferable to be 5% to 25% of a total weight of the copolymer and the solvent.

The invention relates to a method for producing solid cellulose filaments or films from a solution of cellulose, NMMO (N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide) and water, by pressure-extruding the solution by means of one or more extrusion openings and by solidifying the filaments or films in a precipitation bath. The solution is guided between the extrusion opening and the precipitation bath by an air gap, the temperature of the solution on the extrusion opening being lower than 105°C and the pressure difference in the air gap between the pressure of the solution immediately prior to extrusion and after extrusion is between 8 und 40 bar.
