摘要: To provide a packaging machine which uses sealing members to sandwich and seal a packaging material, wherein the presence of articles trapped in the sealed portions can be detected even when using, as the drive source of the sealing members, a mechanism that is incapable of perceiving the force/moment exerted on the packaging material by the drive source, and positional information pertaining to the drive source, directly from information obtained from the drive source. In this packaging machine, a pair of sealing jaws (51) sandwiches and seals a sealed portion of a tubular film (Fc). The packaging machine is provided with a first rotating shaft (53a) for supporting one sealing jaw (51 a), a second rotating shaft (53b) for supporting the other sealing jaw (51 b), a rotary encoder (40), and an entrapment determination part. When the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft approach or move away, the rotary encoder measures the movement amount of the first rotating shaft in relation to the second rotating shaft in an approaching direction or a moving away direction. The entrapment determination part determines whether or not articles are present in the sealed portion based on the movement amount.

The first sensor (91) detects a mark on the film F for identifying a cutting position for cutting the film tube FT. The second sensor (92) detects a mark for specifying a printing position of the film (F) where predetermined information is to be printed.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a form-fill-seal machine and a form-fill-seal system, with which the thickness of bags can be adjusted easily within a short time. This form-fill-seal machine (1) is provided with seal jaws (54, 74), gas removal members (56, 76), an air cylinder (56b), and a control unit. The seal jaws (54, 74) transverse-seal a cylindrical film (Fc) in a widthwise direction and form a bag (B). The gas removal members (56, 76) come into contact against the bag (B) just prior to transverse sealing of an upper edge part, discharging a gas upward from the bag (B). The air cylinder (56b) moves the gas removal members (56, 76), switching the position of the gas removal members (56, 76) between at least a first position and a second position with respect to the seal jaws (54, 74). The control unit, in a time slot just prior to the start of a transverse sealing action performed by the seal jaws (54, 74), changes the timing of switching between the first position and the second position, and adjusts the amount of gas discharged from the bag (B).

In this packaging machine, a pair of sealing jaws (51) sandwiches and seals a sealed portion of a tubular film (Fc). The packaging machine is provided with a first rotating shaft (53a) for supporting one sealing jaw (51 a), a second rotating shaft (53b) for supporting the other sealing jaw (51 b), a rotary encoder (40), and an entrapment determination part. When the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft approach or move away, the rotary encoder measures the movement amount of the first rotating shaft in relation to the second rotating shaft in an approaching direction or a moving away direction. The entrapment determination part determines whether or not articles are present in the sealed portion based on the movement amount.

The bag making and packaging machine includes a lateral sealing mechanism, a servo motor (60), and a falling time detector (94). The lateral sealing mechanism laterally seals a packaging material of a cylindrical shape. The servo motor drives the lateral sealing mechanism. The falling time detector detects that the articles dropped from the combination weighing machine have fallen to a height position of the lateral sealing mechanism based on information related to a torque or an axial rotation amount of the servo motor.

The bag-making and packaging machine includes a forming unit, a transverse sealing unit, a conveyance unit, a communication unit, and a control unit. The communication unit receives from the weighing machine a signal relating to weighing and discharge of the article. The control unit has a disposal mode for disposing of the article in the weighing machine. When changing from a normal production mode to the disposal mode, the control unit performs control to skip, among operations in the normal production mode, the operation of the transverse sealing unit implemented in conjunction with the signal received by the communication unit from the weighing machine.
