Abstract:
Abstract:
An engine compartment accommodates an engine. A cooling device is configured to cool the engine. A cooling compartment accommodates the cooling device. A division wall is disposed between the engine compartment and the cooling compartment. A ventilation portion includes a hole for permitting air to pass therethrough and is provided on a top surface of the engine compartment. A water receiving member is disposed under the ventilation portion within the engine compartment. A water catchment member is disposed in the cooling compartment and catches water received by the water receiving member. A drainage pathway is connected to the water catchment member and leads the water to a predetermined drainage position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a single-track motor-operated motor vehicle having a frame support structure (1) for securing at least one motor (8, 9), wherein the frame support structure (1) is formed by frame elements (2) and at least one supporting cladding part (5) made of fiber-reinforced plastic and wherein a total stiffness of the frame support structure is also determined by the at least one supporting cladding part (5).
Abstract:
A motorcycle (1) of the present invention comprises a vehicle body (4); and a protruding section (30) which is mounted to the vehicle body (4) such that the protruding section (30) protrudes from the vehicle body (4) to at least one of right and left, and the protruding section (30) has a structure which causes air to flow from forward to rearward along an upper surface of the protruding section to generate a force for pushing the vehicle body (4) downward.
Abstract:
An air guiding device for a motor-vehicle comprises a main chamber (9) located at the rear of a front wall (2A) of the motor vehicle, and defined between said front wall (2A), a rear wall (11) which is spaced apart from said front wall (2A) and two side walls (103). At least a first opening (5) is provided on said front wall (2A), for the inlet of air into said main chamber (9), while at least one second opening (12) on said rear wall (11) guides the air into the engine compartment (6) of the motor-vehicle. Two side ducts (18) are each extending from an inlet (19) located on a respective side wall (103) of the main chamber (9) to an outlet (20) giving out on a respective outer side wall (2B) of the motor-vehicle. To said second opening (20) there is associated a device (13) for controlling the air flow therethrough. The outlets (20) of the two side ducts (18) are arranged and oriented so as to generate a substantially flattened and vertical air curtain adjacent to each front wheel (W) of the motor-vehicle on the outer side thereof.
