Abstract: A transmission for a work vehicle that includes a switching clutch for switching to forward and backward movement and a shifting clutch for shifting includes: a first shaft having the switching clutch mounted thereon; a second shaft rotating forward or backward in linkage with the first shaft and having the shifting clutch mounted thereon; a supporting member mounted in the housing and rotatably supporting the first shaft and the second shaft; a switching shifting hydraulic valve device mounted on a first wall of the housing close to the switching clutch and controlling the switching clutch; and a shifting hydraulic valve device mounted on a second wall of the housing close to the shifting clutch and controlling the shifting clutch, in which the switching shifting hydraulic valve device and the shifting hydraulic valve device may be connected to the switching clutch and the shifting clutch through channels formed in the supporting member.

In the power transmission device for a working vehicle provided with: an engine mounted on a running vehicle body having front wheels and rear wheels; a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission for variably transmitting power from the engine; and the transmission case for transmitting a transmission output from the hydrostatic continuously variable transmission, the drive takeoff shaft for front wheels for transmitting a driving force to the front wheels and the hydrostatic continuously variable transmission are arranged on a center plate disposed on the front side of the transmission case.

Abstract: To assist an engine by using an electric power of an electric storage device in a high load state and prevent excessive reduction of the charged rate of an electric storage device when the high load state continues for a long time. When the necessary power (P L ) is greater than an upper limit value (P gu ) and either the integral power value (E A ) or the duration time (T A ) of an assist provided by the electric storage device (18) during the continuous assist by the electric storage device (18) exceeds a predetermined first threshold value (T Th1 ), the controller (30) performs a first control of reducing the assist power by the electric storage device (18) to a value smaller than the assist power for the regular control and greater than zero. Further, when the necessary power (P L ) is greater than the upper limit value (P gu ) and either the integral power value (E A ) or the duration time (T A ) exceeds a predetermined second threshold value (T Th2 ) greater than the first threshold value (T Th1 ), the controller (30) performs a second control of setting the assist power to zero.

Abstract: A work vehicle (1) comprising a forward part (3) and a rearward part (7) pivotally coupled about a main vertical pivot axis (10) for steering thereof. A power take-off shaft (29) is located adjacent a forward end (31) of the forward part (3) and is mechanically driven from a main output drive shaft (15) of an engine (14) located in the rearward part (7). A step-up gearbox (20) steps up the speed from the main output drive shaft (15) onto first and second output shafts (23, 24) for driving first and second hydraulic pumps (27, 28) which provide hydraulic supplies for motive power and for operating attachments attached to the forward end (31) of the forward part (3). A step-down gearbox (30) receives drive directly from the main output drive shaft (15) of the engine (14) and produces a stepped-down drive on an output shaft (33) of the step-down gearbox (30) with a gear ratio of 2:1. A main drive transmission shaft (35) transmits drive from the step-down gearbox (30) to the power take-off shaft (29) at the regulatory speed of a power take-off shaft in the range of 540 rpm to 1000 rpm, thereby minimising the speed of the mechanical drive required from the rearward part (7) to the forward part (3), and reducing the mechanical drives required from the rearward part (7) to the forward part (3) to a single mechanical drive.

The forward traveling valves 632 and 633, the backward traveling valve 634, and the master valve 635 are attached on a front surface side of the front lid member 491.
