    摘要: Processes and systems for producing linear alpha olefins are described herein. One embodiment is a process comprising: a) separating a mixed butene stream comprising 1 -butene and 2-butene into an overhead 1 -butene stream and a bottoms 2-butene stream in a butene distillation column, a portion of the bottoms 2-butene stream being separated to form a butene reboiler stream that is heated and vaporized in a reboiler and returned to the butene distillation column, (b) subjecting at least a portion of the overhead 1 -butene stream from (a) to catalytic metathesis to produce an effluent including 3-hexene, (c) isomerizing 3-hexene from (b) to produce a mixed hexene stream comprising 1 -hexene, 2-hexene and 3-hexene, (d) separating the mixed hexene stream in a hexene fractionation tower to form a 1 -hexene vapor overhead stream that is condensed in a cooler and a bottoms stream comprising 2-hexene and 3-hexene, and (e) using heat obtained by condensing the 1 -hexene vapor overhead stream of (d) to heat the butene reboiler stream of (a). Another embodiment is a superfractionation process. Corresponding systems are also disclosed.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing 1-butene by feeding an n-butane containing feed gas flow (a) to a dehydration zone and dehydrating the n-butane, thereby obtaining a product gas flow (b); removing hydrogen and low-boiling secondary constituents, thereby obtaining a C4 product gas flow (c); separating the C4 product gas flow (c) into an n-butane containing return flow and a 1-butene, 2-butene and butadiene containing flow (d2) by extractive distillation and returning the return flow to the dehydration zone; feeding the flow (d2) to a selective hydration zone and selectively hydrating butadiene to give 1-butene and/or 2-butene, thereby obtaining a 1-butene and 2-butene containing flow (4); feeding the flow (e) and a 1-butene and 2-butene containing circular flow to a distillation zone and removing a 1-butene containing value product flow, thereby leaving a 2-butene containing flow (f2); feeding the flow (f2) to an isomerization zone and isomerizing 2-butene to give 1-butene, thereby obtaining the circular flow, and returning the same to the distillation zone.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite product which is easy to manufacture, and is excellent in catalytic activities and mechanical strength. The object can be achieved by a composite product obtained by heating and drying a mixture of a carrier in powder form and a metal hydroxide in powder form or in molten form. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for producing a methacrylic acid ester, which is less likely to receive location restrictions and is also economically and industrially advantageous.

    摘要: Disclosed is a process for integrating a butene dimerization process with a metathesis process to remove isobutene from the feed stream to the metathesis reactor. The isobutene is preferentially dimerized in the dimerization process to leave n-butenes for metathesis with ethylene. An upstream selective hydrogenation process also isomerizes 1-butenes to 2-butenes which is the preferred butene reagent in the metathesis process. A common fractionator column for the dimerization and hydrogenation processes is also described.
