    摘要: An aqueous resin composition for a coating of the invention comprises an aqueous composition (A) of a reaction product (3); and an acrylic resin emulsion (B), wherein the reaction product (3) is obtained by polymerizing, in a modified epoxy resin (1), a vinyl monomer component (2) comprising a carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer (2a), wherein the modified epoxy resin (1) is a product of a reaction of at least an epoxy resin (1a) comprising an aromatic epoxy resin (1a-1) and an amine (1b), the aqueous composition (A) of the reaction product (3) is a dispersion or solution of the reaction product (3) in water, wherein the reaction product (3) is neutralized with a basic compound, and the weight ratio ((A)/(B)) based on a solids basis of the aqueous composition (A) to the acrylic resin emulsion (B) is in the range of 50/50 to 95/5. The aqueous coating resin composition for a coating of the invention can provide an aqueous coating which resists water-whitening and is prevented from being reduced in corrosion resistance.
