An acrylic rubber contains (a) methyl methacrylate units, (b) ethyl acrylate units, (c) n-butyl acrylate units, (d) 2-methoxyethyl acrylate units, and (e) cross-linking site monomer units, in which the acrylic rubber contains 10 to 20% by weight of (a) the methyl methacrylate units, 15% by weight or less of (b) the ethyl acrylate units, 60 to 80% by weight of (c) the n-butyl acrylate units, 10 to 30% by weight of (d) the 2-methoxyethyl acrylate units, and 0.5 to 5% by weight of (e) the cross-linking site monomer units.

Provided is a rubber composition for a tire soft stiffener improved in a crack resistance and a low heat generation, wherein carbon black (A) contained in the rubber shows specific particle size distribution behavior in an aggregate mass distribution curve, and the composition contains at least one compound selected from carbon black coupling agents consisting of bismaleimide (B), alkylidene hydrazide (C), disulfane (D) and carboxylic hydrazide (E), and a heavy-duty tire produced by using the above rubber composition is further provide.

A rubber compound comprising at least one polymer base with cross-linkable unsaturated chain, a reinforcing filler, a vulcanization system and an interaction agent between the polymer base and the reinforcing filler consisting of a compound having an amine group and a sulphur atom adapted to react with the polymer base in the vulcanization step. The interaction agent has formula (II) or (III); wherein : y ranges from 0 to 6 R3 is an aliphatic chain containing sulphur and composed number of carbon atoms ranging from 1 to 10; wherein : p ranges from 1 to 6.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine vernetzbare Polymermischung auf Basis eines chlorierten Polymers, insbesondere auf Basis von schwefelfreiem zur Verwendung für die Herstellung von Kabeln und Leitungen durch Extrusion und anschließender Vernetzung, insbesondere durch Wärme und/oder Bestrahlung, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kabeln und Leitungen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Polymermischung, die im Anschluss an die Herstellung durch Mischung der Inhaltsstoffe extrudiert und vernetzt wird. Dort zeichnet sich die erfindungsgemäße Polymermischung dadurch aus, dass sie im Anschluss an ihre Herstellung durch Mischung, vor der anschließenden Extrusion und Vernetzung lagerstabil ist
