Abstract:
The present invention provides a conductive polymer composition which contains (A) a polyaniline-based conductive polymer having a repeating unit represented by the general formula (1), (B) a polyanion, and (C) a betaine compound, wherein R A1 to R A4 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a linear, branched, or cyclic monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms and optionally containing a heteroatom; and R A1 and R A2 , or R A3 and R A4 may be bonded to each other to form a ring. There can be provided a conductive polymer composition that has excellent antistatic performance and applicability, does not adversely affect a resist, and can be suitably used in lithography using electron beam or the like.

It is an object of the invention to provide an antistatic molded body excellent in an antistatic property obtained simply by applying an antistatic coating material to a substrate without deteriorating the surface smoothness, the transparency and coloration of the substrate and particularly to provide an antistatic molded body comprising a substrate having concave and convex parts, an three-dimensional complicated shape and an antistatic layer formed thereon. Furthermore, it is also an object of the invention to provide an antistatic coating material excellent in transparency, surface smoothness, and antistatic property, easy to be applied, and unnecessary to be post-treated. The invention relates to an antistatic molded body, which comprises an antistatic layer comprising an antistatic coating material containing a conductive metal oxide on a surface of a substrate and has a surface resistivity of 1x10 to 1x10 OMEGA / &squ& and a surface roughness (Ra) of 5 to 50 nm, and an antistatic coating material used for it.

Provided are: an antistatic agent which is capable of imparting excellent antistatic effect in a small amount and has sufficient persistence and wiping resistance; an antistatic agent composition; an antistatic resin composition; and a molded article. The antistatic agent comprises a polymer compound (E) having a structure in which a block polymer (C) and a polyhydric alcohol compound (D) are bound via an ester bond formed by a carboxyl group of the block polymer (C) and a hydroxyl group of the polyhydric alcohol compound (D), the block polymer (C) having a structure comprising carboxyl groups at both ends, in which structure a block constituted by a polyester (A) having carboxyl groups at both ends and a block constituted by a compound (B) having hydroxyl groups at both ends are repeatedly and alternately bound via ester bonds formed by the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, and the polyhydric alcohol compound (D) comprising three or more hydroxyl groups.

White or near-white antistatic ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is obtained by consolidating a mixture of UHMWPE powder and an organic antistat at high pressure and elevated temperature. The organic antistat is preferably a non-ionic solid which has been cryogenically ground to fine particle size.

The invention relates to a novel method for the production of non-woven surfaces, in particular, a method for the production of non-woven surfaces by the process of direct spinning of molten filaments arranged in the form of a mat. Said method makes use of a composition of thermoplastic polymers with an electrical conductivity sufficient to either avoid the build-up of electrostatic charges, or to permit the removal thereof during the spinning process.
