A vulcanizable adhesive composition, which comprises 100 parts by weight of phenolxylylene resin or phenolbiphenyl resin, 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of resol-type phenol resin, 0 to 1,000 parts by weight of novolak-type phenol resin, 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of unvulcanized nitrile rubber and 10 to 500 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene, is effectively applied to (hydrogenated) nitrile rubber with a nitrile content of 18 to 48%, and has a suppression effect on a decrease in the adhesiveness even if exposed to dip in various cryogenic liquids such as flon gas, polyalkylene glycol, water, etc. for a long time.

A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises: (A) 1 to 100 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin having one glycidylic structural unit represented by general formula (I) wherein Ar represents a C6 to C23 aromatic hydrocarbon group having at least one glycidyloxy group and R represents hydrogen or methyl, for every 2 to 1,000 repeating olefin units, and (B) 100 parts by weight of a polyester. It gives a molded article with excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and good surface properties, because a strong affinity exists at the boundary between the polyolefin and the polyester.

A polyester film containing organic particles comprising a matrix polymer and fine polymer particles is provided. The fine particles are interpenetrating network type cross-linked fine polymer particles, each particle containing, in its cross-linked polymer network, a hydrophilic polymer in an amount of 1 to 40% by weight which is not substantially bonded to the crosslinked polymer chemically. The cross-linked polymer is a vinyl type polymer or a siloxane type polymer comprising as its main components a polymerizable monomer and at least one cross-linking monomer contained in an amount of 5% by weight or more based on the total weight of the monomers. The interpenetrating network type cross-linked fine polymer particles have an average particle size in the range of 0.01 to 5 µm and are contained in the film in an amount of 0.001 to 5.0% by weight.
