The machine coolant in the holding tank is continuously filtered for a predetermined period of time and the surface of the machine coolant is continuously skimmed to remove undesired contaminants therefrom. The machine coolant from the holding tank is supplied to a centrifuge where it is centrifuged and is then pumped to a blending tank where it is chemically tested and reconstituted to its original composition. The machine coolant is then again continuously filtered until it is needed.

The filter element removes particles, de-emulsifies the emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid into the contaminant oil and the aqueous-based fluid, separates the de-emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid, coalesces the separated contaminant oil and passes both the coalesced de-emulsified contaminant oil with entrained particles and the aqueous-based fluid. A first tank supports the filter element and is further configured to hold a quantity of the separated coalesced contaminant oil and the aqueous-based fluid. The first tank has a first outlet passing the aqueous-based fluid from the first tank to near the bottom of the second tank and a second outlet passing the separated coalesced contaminant oil to the top of the second tank.. The second tank has an oil separation assembly for separating the aqueous-based fluid from the contaminant oil and passing the aqueous-based fluid therefrom. The second container also has a drain valve assembly for removing only the accumulated coalesced de-emulsified contaminant oil. A method for separating the emulsified contaminant oil from the aqueous-based fluid and recovering the aqueous-based fluid is also disclosed.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein physikalisches Verfahren mit einer Vorrichtung, wo eine Flüssigkeit mit einem definierten Fluss durch eine biokompatible Apparatur geleitet wird, die eine gezielte, gleichzeitige Behandlung durch physikalische Effekte wie Elektrolyse, Elektrophorese, Elektroporation, spannungs- / stromstärke- abhängiges Öffnen von Zellen (reversibel) und Oszillation / Resonanz durch Pulsung von Gleichstrom mit variabler Frequenz- und Pulsweitenmodulation, angeregte und letale Zustände von Zellen erzeugt, wobei chemische Verbindungen die beispielsweise durch Elektrolyse erzeugt wurden, leichter zur Reaktion gebracht werden. Die genannten Prozesse laufen dynamisch parallel oder überlagernd sowie auch hintereinander ab, wobei je nach Zell-Art und dem umgebenden, flüssigen Medium eine Abstimmung erfolgt, welcher Prozess wie z.B. die Elektrolyse primär bzw. vorrangig erfolgt.
