Abstract:
A floor panel has a substrate and a decorative layer of wood veneer having a thickness of 1 millimeter or less provided on the substrate. The substrate has an average density of more than 750 kilograms per cubic meter. The decorative layer is provided on the substrate by means of a layer on the basis of thermosetting resin situated between the substrate and the decorative layer. A method for manufacturing such floor panels including a structured veneer surface that can be obtained according to the arrangement of the aforementioned floor panel.
Abstract:
The system has a surface layer (31) on an upper side of a core (30) and connecting unit (9,10,8,12) placed at the adjoining edges to connect the floorboards with each other. The surface layer has an upper layer (35) and an underlying layer (36a) such that an edge has a surface having the underlying layer parallel to a horizontal plane that is formed by the parts of the surface layer closest to the edges. An independent claim is also included for a method of making a decorative joint portion on a floor board.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing laminate floorboards having edges following the natural curvature of veneer planks cut from timber planks with natural curvature. With the method laminate floorboards are obtained, each floorboard comprising a veneer plank glued onto a substrate, the contour of the substrate and the veneer corresponding with each other.
Abstract:
A method of producing a veneered element (10), including providing a substrate (1), applying a sub-layer (2) on a surface of the substrate (1), applying a veneer layer (3) on the sub-layer (2), and applying pressure to the veneer layer (3) and/or the substrate (1), such that at least a portion of the sub-layer (2) permeates through the veneer layer (3). Also, such a veneered element (10).
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a semi product for building panels or structural elements comprising several wood lamellas (5) fixed by distance elements (4), a building panel with such a semi product and a method of producing the semi product and the building panel.
Abstract:
Floor covering, consisting of floor elements, which, at least at two opposite sides, comprise a male and a female coupling part (9-10), which allow that two of such floor elements (1) can be interconnected at the respective sides (7-8) at the respective sides (7-8) by pushing one of these floor elements (1) with the associated male coupling part (9), by means of a downward movement (15), home into the female coupling part (10) of the other floor element (1), characterized in that at least one of said coupling parts, either the male coupling part (9) or the female coupling part (10), is made as least partially in a filled synthetic material composite, such as extruded wood.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention concerns a floor covering consisting of hard panels (2) which are provided, at least on two opposite edges (3-4, 5-6), with coupling means (7) made in one piece with the panels (2), whereby these coupling means (7) provide for an interlocking in a direction (R1) perpendicular to the plane of the floor covering (1), as well as in a direction (R2) perpendicular to the edges (3-4, 5-6) concerned and parallel to the plane of the floor covering (1). These coupling means (7) comprise a tongue (8) and a groove (9). The lip (11) which is situated on the bottom side of the groove (9) is longer than the lip (10) on the top side. The edge (5) which is provided with the tongue (8) is made flexible.
Abstract:
Composed element, wherein this composed element comprises at least two panel-shaped elements (2, 3), which substantially are formed from a board material; wherein the aforementioned panel-shaped elements are connected to each other at an angle by means of coupling means comprising a tongue (13) and a groove (14) which substantially are realized as profiled parts in the board material; and wherein said coupling means also comprise locking elements (15, 16) which, in coupled condition, prevent the moving apart of tongue and groove, characterized in that the panel-shaped elements are formed on the basis of board material in the form of particle board; that the tongue is situated at the end face of the panel-shaped element concerned, whereas the groove is situated at a lateral surface of the panel-shaped element concerned; that at least the particle board comprising the groove is provided with a coating (68), more particularly a melamine coating; and that this coating is at least present at the surface in which the groove is provided, and that it extends up to between the coupled panel-shaped elements, with the exception of the location where the groove is situated.
