摘要: A hydraulic unit (1) includes an oil tank (10) that stores a hydraulic oil, a hydraulic pump (30) that supplies the hydraulic oil in the oil tank (10) to an actuator, a first return pipe (L1, L2) through which the hydraulic oil is returned from a flow path between a discharge port (30a) of the hydraulic pump (30) and the actuator to the oil tank (10), and a first heat exchanger (70) that causes a coolant to exchange heat with the hydraulic oil returning to the oil tank (10) through the first return pipe (L1, L2). This allows an increase in performance of cooling the hydraulic oil.

摘要: A handheld airless fluid dispensing device comprises a pump (18), a drive element (20) and an orifice element (14). The pump directly pressurizes a fluid. The drive element supplies power to the pump. The orifice element is connected to the pump and atomizes un-thinned architectural coating to a particle size of no greater than approximately 150 microns. The pump generates orifice pressures up to approximately 2.48 MPa and the orifice has an area of approximately 18.7 mm 2 . The pump, drive element and orifice element are integrated into a handheld housing (12) whereby the pump comprises a reciprocating piston fluid pump comprising at least two pumping chambers (266, 268) configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. In another embodiment, the reciprocating piston fluid pump comprises two pistons having different displacements that are linearly actuated by a wobble assembly driven by a gear reducer and an electric motor.

The plunger (204) has an axial rod (2040) and the axial rod (2040) is inserted into the axial hole (2020, 2020'). The driving unit (206, 306) is disposed in the chamber (210) and drives the plunger (204) to move. The damping member (208) is disposed on the axial rod (2040) and abuts against an inner wall of the axial hole (2020, 2020').
