By using a torque bearing and preferably a homo-kinetic drive shaft, precautions are taken which largely prevent the input of force and/or torque components that are not, or not to any substantial extent, converted into electrical energy, into the mechanical WKA system component(s) mechanically downstream of the hub. As a result, the wear and fatigue-causing effect of these force or torque components on downstream system components such as, for example, gear and/or generator bearings, gear parts, and/or shafts, etc. is avoided, and the negative effect of force and/or torque components which do not contribute to the energy conversion is limited to the torque bearing.
