A pulley device (41) is connected to the variable pulley device (302) by another belt (24) and the pulley device (41) is connected to a gear box (42). The variable pulley device (302) includes two disks (32, 33) and a threaded axle (34) connected therebetween. A movable member (31) having two inclined surfaces is movably mounted to the threaded axle (34) so that the two belts (23, 24) are separated by the movable member (31).
