The process of dropwise condensation is adjustable in a timely and locally stable manner by preparing a chemical potential having the same magnitude which counteracts a resulting chemical potential during drop formation. Based on this, the method provides that the necessary doping concentration and the type of suitable dopant elements can be predicted during ion implantation on useable surfaces in order to selectively adjust dropwise condensation. The adjustment of the dropwise condensation in a minimum doping concentration of 1015 cm-2 results from the calculation of the distances of the dopant elements. N, Cr, Fe, Al, Li, Be, B, Mg, Ga, Ti and Co comprise suitable elements for the selected adjustment of dropwise concentration for an ion implantation and are identified with the condition of the relationships of the dipole moments.

Bei einem Kühlaggregat für einen Absorptionskreislauf, sind ein Absorber (1), ein Kocher (19), ein Kondensator (2) und ein Verdampfer (22) vorgesehen, wobei der Absorber (1) aus wenigstens zwei miteinander verbundenen profilierten Platten gebildet ist, die Leitungen und Anschlüsse (10, 11, 12, 15, 16) zur Verbindung mit dein Kocher (19) und dem Verdampfer (22) bilden, wobei die Leitungen mäanderförmig geführt sind und zwei benachbarte Leitungen über mindestens eine Öffnung miteinander verbunden sind. Der Absorber (1) läßt sich durch eine zumindest teilweise Neigung der Leitungen zur Horizontalen aus einer neutralen Position um eine senkrecht zur Plattenebene verlaufende Achse um mehr als 3°, vorzugsweise um mehr als 6°, verschwenken, ohne daß durch die Drehung der Platten der Betrieb des Kühlaggregats behindert ist. Dies ermöglicht den Einsatz des Kühlaggregats auch auf mobilen Fahrzeugen und Booten, bei denen häufig eine Neigung auftritt.

An impermeable barrier may be coupled to the sealed surface. One or more masks may line a portion of the exposed surface, wherein the masks may comprise an impermeable material. In some embodiments, the mask may be a strip of impermeable material and may be coupled to a flat area of the top surface. In further embodiments, the one or more masks may align with a liquid wick path of the wicking material. In further embodiments, the one or more masks may line the edge of perforations that pass at least partially through the plate.

The invention relates to a brazing metal sheet consisting of a series AA3xxx aluminum alloy core sheet, coated, on at least one surface, with a cladding layer made of a first so-called "intermediate aluminum alloy" containing 0.35 to 1.8 wt% manganese, less than 0.3 wt% of each of other elements, and a total of 1 wt% aluminum residue. Said series AA3xxx cladding layer is itself coated with a second series AA4xxx alloy cladding layer in which the alloy of the core metal sheet is selected, and the core metal sheet developed, such as to have an essentially recrystallized structure after brazing. The invention also relates to the use of such a metal sheet for manufacturing a "supercharge air cooler" heat exchanger or passenger compartment air conditioner "evaporator" heat exchanger, and to said exchangers themselves, manufactured from said metal sheets.
