Dies wird dadurch gelöst, dass zumindest in einem inneren Zwischenraum (5) zwischen Innenkörper (3) und Mittelrohr (2) oder in einem äußeren Zwischenraum (4) zwischen Mittelrohr (2) und Außenrohr (1) zumindest eine Reinigungslippe angeordnet ist, und dass das Mittelrohr (2) in Bezug zum Innenkörper (3) und/oder zum Außenrohr (1) drehbar ist.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device consisting of a heat exchanger, that can be used for the heat treatment of products such as juices, pulp and other food, liquid or particulate products. Said device includes a plurality of tubes of product in which the products to be processed circulate, each of said tubes containing an element for rotating and pushing the product, said elements being provided with circular parts that support metal bars from which respective scraper elements project, said scraper elements being pushed towards the walls of the tube by springs arranged inside the metal bars, in such a way that the permanent friction of the scrapers against the inner surface of the tube ensures the perfect cleaning thereof. For particulate products, each tube includes a screw that supports the longitudinal metal bars from which the scraper elements project. The position of the bars also causes turbulences that improve the thermal behaviour of the process.

    摘要: A heat exchanger has been developed with a helical insert (9) permanently mounted in a housing (2). Between the windings in the insert (9) there is formed a helical channel (20) for one heat exchange medium. The insert (9) is designed with a channel (10) for the second heat exchange medium. The heat exchanger is designed with a central tube (13) which is axially movable and rotatable. The central tube (13) is designed with scraper elements for removal of deposits in the channel (20). In one embodiment the scraper element is formed by a helical insert (15) of the same design as the insert (9). The insert (15) is designed with a channel (16) for the second heat exchange medium. In a further embodiment the central tube (13) is designed with one or more scraper arms (23) which may be liquid-cooled. Deposits are often formed on the heat transfer surfaces. A cleaning cycle is performed by means of axial movement of the insert (15) which is mounted on the cenral tube (13) towards the permanently mounted insert (9), thus causing the heat transfer surfaces to touch each other. A rotating movement is then performed, e.g. a part of a turn, while the surfaces are close to each other or in contact with each other, thus causing the deposits on the two surfaces to be rubbed or scraped off and thereby cleaning the channel (20).
