    摘要: The present invention relates to an analysis system capable of online transferring an analysis sample and promptly acquiring an analysis result. The analysis system capable of analyzing the analysis samples supplied from at least two sites, with one analysis apparatus, and requiring no cleaning process for a nebulizer and a spray chamber, is provided. The present invention relates to analysis system including at least two sample individually transferring units. Each sample transferring path of the sample individually transferring units is coupled to a plasma torch of a common analysis unit including the one analysis apparatus with inductively-coupled plasma or microwave plasma. Each sample transferring path has a main flow path, a makeup gas supply path, and a drain flow path. The plasma torch has a sample introducing pipe that introduces the atomized analysis sample, provided at a substantially center. The inner diameter of the drain flow path is equivalent to or larger than the inner diameter of an inlet portion of the sample introducing pipe of the plasma torch.

    摘要: The invention is directed towards methods and compositions for identifying the amount of hydrofluoric acid in a buffered oxide etching composition. In buffered oxide etching compositions it is very difficult to measure the amount of hydrofluoric acid because it has varying equilibriums and it is toxic so it hard to handle and sample. When used to manufacture microchips however, incorrect amounts of hydrofluoric acid will ruin those chips. The invention utilizes a unique method of spectrographically measuring the hydrofluoric acid when in contact with added chromogenic agents to obtain exact measurements that are accurate, immediate, and safe.

    摘要: An online chemical analysis instrument comprises a chemical analyser and a reagent delivery means for delivering a volume of reagent (15) into a measurement cell (1). The analyser comprises a longitudinal chamber (18) incorporating a first inlet port to introduce sample fluid (12), a second inlet port to allow injection of fluid reagent (15), and an outlet port to allow expulsion of sample/reagent mixtures. The analyser therefore comprises a single mechanism that introduces a sample (12), adds reagent (15), and cleans and flushes a measurement cell (1).

    摘要: According to the present invention, a device for analyzing a spread state of a lubricant (1) in a device under test in which particles constructing a tablet and the lubricant are mixed with each other, includes: an electromagnetic wave output device; an optical element (14); an electromagnetic wave detector (10); a spectrum deriving unit; and a characteristic extraction unit. An electromagnetic wave output device (12) outputs an electromagnetic wave. An optical element has a total reflection surface for totally reflecting the electromagnetic wave, and causes the device under test to receive an evanescent wave generated from the total reflection surface. An electromagnetic wave detector detects the electromagnetic wave totally reflected by the total reflection surface. A spectrum deriving unit derives a reflectance of the electromagnetic wave on the total reflection surface or a value based on the reflectance based on a detection result by the electromagnetic wave detector while the reflectance or the value based on the reflectance is associated with the frequency of the electromagnetic wave and a manufacturing condition of the particle or the device under test. A characteristic extraction unit (20g) extracts a characteristic based on the manufacturing condition from a derived result by the spectrum deriving unit.
