An electric wire production system is provided, by which system a cost of a product which uses electric wires, such as a wiring harness, can be prevented from increasing and resource saving can be achieved. The electric wire production system 1 includes an input department 9, production control department 10, production department 11 and coloring/cutting department 12. An electric production data D indicating a product number, mark, color and length per a shape of necessary electric wire are inputted to the input department 9. The input department 9 forwards the electric wire production data D to the production control department 10. The production control department 10 forwards a first production data, indicating a length per a product number of the electric wire to be produced, to the production department 11. The production control department 10 forwards a second production data, indicating a product number, a shape of a mark and a length per a color of the mark to be produced, to the coloring/cutting department 12. The production department 11 produces an electric wire 3, an outer surface 5a of which is monochrome. The coloring/cutting department 12 marks the outer surface 5a of the electric wire 3 produced by the production department 11 and cuts the electric wire 3.
