摘要: A multi-layer bus bar unit capable of being easily made into a product coping with a demand for different specifications, reducing production costs including initial costs such as a cost for manufacturing a die, and ensuring long-term reliability is provided.
Coating films 11 and 21 are deposited on a first bus bar 10 and a second bus bar 20, each formed from a metal flat plate, by an electrodeposition coating process with a polyamidimide electrodeposition coating material. The coating film 11 of the first bus bar 10 is subjected to a heating treatment to form a completely-cured resin covering layer 12, and the coating film 21 of the second bus bar 20 is subjected to a heating treatment to form a semi-cured resin covering layer 22. The first bus bar 10 and the second bus bar 20 are overlapped with each other and then subjected to a pressure and heating treatment so that the semi-cured resin covering layer 22 is completely cured. In this manner, a multi-layer bus bar unit 1 having a two-layer structure in which the first bus bar 10 and the second bus bar 20 adhere to each other by the resin covering layers 12 and 22 is formed.

摘要: Elongated, ultra-high conductivity electrical conductors (100) for use in advanced electronic components and vehicles, and methods for producing the same, are disclosed herein. The elongated electrical conductors (100) include a conductor body (110) that defines a longitudinal axis (102). The conductor body (110) includes an isotropically conductive matrix material (120) and a plurality of anisotropically conductive particles (130) interspersed within the isotropically conductive matrix material (120). Each anisotropically conductive particle (130) defines a respective axis (170) of enhanced electrical conductivity that is aligned with the longitudinal axis (102) of the conductor body (110). The methods include providing a bulk matrix-particle composite (98) that includes the isotropically conductive matrix material (120) and the plurality of anisotropically conductive particles (130). The methods further include forming the bulk matrix-particle composite (98) into an elongated electrical conductor (100) and aligning the plurality of anisotropically conductive particles (130) such that the respective axis (170) of enhanced electrical conductivity thereof is at least substantially aligned with the longitudinal axis (102) of the elongated electrical conductor (100).
