摘要: A planar magnetic component (PE) is arranged on a circuit board (CB1) of a resonant converter (100), and the resonant converter (100) includes a primary-side circuit (1A) and a secondary-side circuit (3A). The planar magnetic component (PE) includes an inductor trace (Tl), an inductor iron core (C L), and a current transformer trace (Tea, Tcb). The inductor trace (Tl) is arranged on the primary-side circuit (1A) and formed one layer board of the circuit board (CB1) to serve as a resonant inductor (Lr) coupled to the primary-side circuit (1A). The inductor iron core (C_L) includes a core pillar (C_LC), and the core pillar (C_LC) penetrates a through hole (H3) of the circuit board (CB1), and the inductor trace (Tl) surrounds the through hole (H3). The current transformer trace (Tea, Tcb) is formed on the circuit board (CB1) to serve as a current transformer coil (52A, 52B) coupled to the resonant inductor (Lr). The current transformer trace (Tea, Tcb) surrounds the through hole (H3) to form a common-core structure that shares the inductor iron core (C_L).

摘要: A magnetic component (1) for a galvanically isolated LCL-T resonant converter is provided. The magnetic component (1) includes first and second cores (11, 12), a primary winding and a secondary winding. The first core (11) includes a first outer post (111), a second outer post (112), and a center post (113). The primary winding has primary turns including first primary turns (Np1) located around the first outer post (111) and second primary turns (Np2) located around the second outer post (112). The secondary winding has secondary turns including first secondary turns (Ns1) located around the first outer post (111) and second secondary turns (Ns2) located around the second outer post (112). The center post (113) of the first core (11) and the second core (12) are separated by a first air gap (g1). The turns distribution and the first air gap (g1) are used to control and integrate a controllable leakage inductance (Ll), where the center post (113) is used as a leakage path.

The circuit board (CB2) is arranged in the isolated converter (400), and the primary-side layer (LP) and the secondary-side layer (LS) include a primary-side trace (Tp2) and a secondary-side trace (Ts2) respectively. The primary-side trace (Tp2) is formed on the primary-side layer (LP) and serves as a primary-side coil (22B) coupled to the primary-side circuit (1B). The secondary-side trace (Ts2) is formed on the secondary-side layer (LS) and serves as a secondary-side coil (24B) coupled to the secondary-side circuit (3B). The iron core (C2) includes a core pillar (C22), the core pillar (C22) penetrates a through hole (H4) of the circuit board (CB2), and the primary-side trace (Tp2) and the secondary-side trace (Ts2) surround the through hole (H4).
