摘要: A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator; a case accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap plate coupled to the case and having a terminal hole passing therethrough; a terminal over the terminal hole in the cap plate; a current collecting member electrically connecting the electrode plate and the terminal; and an insulating member insulating the cap plate and the terminal from each other and insulating the cap plate and the current collecting member from each other. At least one of a surface of the cap plate contacting the insulating member and a surface of the terminal contacting the insulating member has an unevenness formed thereon.

摘要: The present invention relates to a pouch-shaped battery cell and a battery module including the same, and more particularly to a pouch-shaped battery cell including a pouch case constituted by a lower case and an upper case, an electrode assembly located in the pouch case, the electrode assembly including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator, the electrode assembly having a pair of electrode tabs formed at one side or opposite sides thereof, and a pair of electrode leads connected to the pair of electrode tabs, the pair of electrode leads protruding outwards from the pouch case, wherein a thermally fused sealed portion is formed at edges of the lower case and the upper case that face each other, and an auxiliary terminal is in contact with the first metal layer or the second metal layer so as to enclose a side end of the sealed portion, and a battery module including the same.

By forming the riveted portion on the pole, and riveting the riveted portion with the battery housing, the fixing strength of the battery housing and the pole can be improved, and the risk that the seal between the pole and the battery housing fails and the electrical connection of the battery fails when the pole is stressed can be avoided, thereby improving the safe use performance of the battery pack.

摘要: There is disclosed a battery in which a metal ion dissolved in an electrolyte is oxidized and reduced to charge or discharge the battery. The battery may include a first current collector; a second current collector spaced apart from the first current collector; a separator disposed between the first current collector and the second current collector; a frame forming a first electrode reservoir between the first current collector and the separator, and a second electrode reservoir between the second current collector and the separator; a first adhesive member binding the first current collector and the frame to each other; a second adhesive member binding the second current collector and the frame to each other; and an inter-electrode communication part configured to allow the first electrode reservoir and the second electrode reservoir to be in fluidic communication with each other. At least part of the inter-electrode communication part may be formed by the first adhesive member and the frame or the second adhesive member and the frame.
