Abstract:
An electronic device includes a light-emitting board (100), a touch sensor film (420) and a signal connection part (500). The light-emitting board includes a driving substrate (110), and a semiconductor device (120) disposed on a surface of the driving substrate. The touch sensor film includes a film (510) disposed over the light-emitting board, and a touch conductor pattern (420) formed on the film to sense an external touch event for generating a touch signal to drive the semiconductor device. The signal connection part (500) electrically connects the touch sensor film and the light-emitting board to each other to transmit the touch signal from the touch sensor film to the light-emitting board.
Abstract:
This invention is directed to a polymer thick film transparent conductive composition that may be used in applications where thermoforming of the base substrate occurs, e.g., as in capacitive switches. Polycarbonate substrates are often used as the substrate and the polymer thick film conductive composition may be used without any barrier layer. Depending on the specific design, the thermoformable transparent conductor may be below or on top of a thermoformable silver conductor. Thermoformable electric circuits benefit from the presence of an encapsulant layer over the dried polymer thick film conductive composition. The electrical circuit is subsequently subjected to a injection molding process.

Abstract:
An EL emitting touch switch is provided with differential amplifier circuits each including an operational amplifier (41) and resistors (R1, R2, R3, R4) for supplying an electric current to a corresponding surface electrode (1a) so that the potential of the surface electrode (1a) may become equal to that of a back electrode (1d). While the application of a driving voltage to an EL layer (1) is stopped, a corresponding detector (40) of the EL emitting touch switch detects the contact of a human body with the surface electrode (1a) on the basis of the output signal from the operational amplifier (41).
