摘要: Generating luminance uniformity in a rear projection display system is provided. The method comprises calculating luminance generated by a projector (402) on a rear projection screen (400) relative to a design eye position (416) in front of the screen (400). A baseline luminance is determined for each primary color according to the luminance. Luminance of all locations on the screen is corrected toward the baseline. Correction is allocated between an optical filter (404) and electronic correction. Luminance is measured at calibration points on the screen. The electronic correction for a color image is adjusted according to the allocation and the luminance at the calibration points to produce a corrected color image for projection from the projector. The corrected color image is projected from the projector (402) and through the optical filter (404). The optical filter (404) is configured to dim specified areas within the corrected color image according to the allocation.

摘要: Enterprise communication display systems enable life-like images for videoconferencing and entertainment productions. Life-like images appear in a 3D environment where imaged people are visible through the use of specially configured see-through displays. Imaged people can also be viewed amongst a reflected foreground. A dual mode large high-resolution display is inventively configured for watching and working. Methods for enterprise wide deployments for corporate, healthcare, education, and government communications, including hotel properties and a property management system are shown. The invention further discloses an online production system for large events. A remote production staff collaborates and controls a presentation with large scale audio/visual equipment.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a projection image display device in which all of the multiple light sources to be used are positioned optimally, regardless of the mode of installation of the device. This projection image display device has two illumination optical systems (1, 2) that are each provided with a light source (111, 211), a color separator for separating into three colors of light, a liquid crystal panel (150, 250) for forming an optical image, and a color synthesis prism (160, 260) for color-synthesizing. A polarization beam splitter (3) for synthesis synthesizes an optical image formed by the illumination optical system (1, 2), and projects the same from a projection lens (4). The optical axis (101, 201) of each light source (111, 211) is positioned within the same plane as the optical axis (401) of the projection lens (4), and so as to orthogonally intersect the optical axis (401) of the projection lens.

The master projector system synchronizes the display of a video with the plurality of slave projector systems using a synchronization signal. 摘要: In order to solve a problem that conventional image output apparatuses do not allow a wide-band image having a new value for a user to be output in a narrow band, an image output apparatus includes: an accepting unit that accepts first-image information, which is information related to a first image of a first band; and multiple image output units that output second images, each of which is an image of a second band that is narrower than or equal to the first band, using the first-image information, wherein a third image obtained as a result of output by the multiple image output units is an image subjected to output control so as to have a band that is wider than that of the first image in terms of space, time, or gradation. Accordingly, a wide-band image having a new value for a user can be output in a narrow band.
