Bei einem Verfahren zum Gurten von Abstimmdioden, bei dem die Dioden eines bestimmten Typs durch Messung ihrer Kennlinienwerte in Abhängigkeit von vorgegebenen Spannungswerten in Kapazitätsgleichlaufgruppen mit einer Kapazitätsabweichung sortiert und als solche unterteilt in einem Gurt befestigt werden, ist zum seriellen Abarbeiten der Dioden vom Gurt vorgesehen, daß die sortierten Kapazitätsgleichlaufgruppen in einem Zwischenschritt auf minimalen Gleichlaufgruppenabstand aussortiert werden, derart, daß die maximale Kapazitätsabweichung zweier benachbarter Gleichlaufgruppen den zweifachen vorgegebenen Wert nicht überschreitet, daß dann die Gruppen in dieser Reihenfolge ohne Gruppenabstand im Gurt befestigt werden, daß die Kapazitätsabweichung einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von Dioden einer jeden Gruppe nachgemessen wird, und daß zum Einhalten der vorgegebenen Kapazitätsabweichung jeweils am Ende einer Gleichlaufgruppe die diese Abweichung gegebenenfalls überschreitende Anzahl von Dioden vom Gurt entfernt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren findet insbesondere zum Gurten von Abstimmdioden für UHF-und VHF-Tuner Anwendung.
