The tooling apparatus helps hold the panel in place with suction during cutting of said panel and collects dust particles generated by the cutting of the panel. The cutting apparatus is comprised of a housing (602), a drive motor (604), a cutting unit (606), and a drive connector (608). The housing separates the drive motor from the cutting unit. The housing comprises a first section (806) and a second section (808) separated by a dividing member (804). The drive connector, such as a belt, passes through the first section of the housing. The second section of the housing forms a path for the dust particles.

Afin de permettre un sectionnement fiable de la bande (4) lors du changement des bobines, tout en ayant une construction simple, on utilise, selon l'invention, comme élément de séparation, une roue (19) tournant librement et présentant sur sa circonférence une arête tranchante et applicable élastiquement contre le cylindre porteur ou de soutien (1).
