摘要: A method of overhaul of a component (20) includes a) scanning a component (20) using computed tomography to provide scanned data, b) comparing the scanned data to reference data to provide additive manufacturing data, c) depositing material (62A, 62B) on the component (20) using an additive manufacturing device (24) based upon the additive manufacturing data to provide a first obj ect, d) determining predicted characteristics of the first object based upon the additive manufacturing data developed in step b) and the scanned data of step a), e) comparing the predicted characteristics of the first object to the reference data to provide machining data and f) machining the first object using the machining data. A system for overhauling a component is also disclosed.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Bestimmen eines additiven Herstell-Prozesses zum additiven Herstellen eines Bauteils, bei dem im additiven Herstell-Prozess mindestens eine Herstell-Station durchlaufen wird, in der ein Prozessieren mindestens eines Vorprodukts des Bauteils mit Hilfe mindestens einer Prozessier-Maschine durchgeführt wird. Dabei wird zum Bestimmen des additiven Herstell-Prozesses ein Maschinen-Anlern-Werkzeug zum Anlernen der Prozessier-Maschine für das Prozessieren des Vorprodukts verwendet. Für das Maschinen-Anlern-Werkzeug wird eine Übersetzungs-Hilfe zum Übersetzen einer analogen Bewegung der Prozessier-Maschine für das Prozessieren des Vorprodukts in digitale Bewegungs-Daten der Prozessier-Maschine verwendet. Die Prozessier-Maschine ist vorzugsweise ein Prozessier-Roboter. Das Maschinen-Anlern-Werkzeug (Roboter-Anlern-Werkzeug) ist vorzugsweise ein "Trace-Pen". Darüber hinaus wird ein additiver Herstell-Prozess zum additiven Herstellen eines Bauteils mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: a) Bestimmen eines Herstell-Prozesses und b) Additives Herstellen des Bauteils.
