    摘要: Marine vessels, including combatant (naval) vessels are produced inexpensively without requiring the use of as many skilled personnel as is conventional. The vessel produced has a high strength metal truss structure (both above and below the water line) capable of carrying major hull loads. A number of curved or doubly curved composite (e.g. GRP) panels produced by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding are fastened by bolts, marine adhesives, and/or rivets to the below water line portions of the truss structure where necessary to handle slamming loads and to reduce water resistance and wake. Substantially flat composite pultruded panels are fastened to the truss structure both above the water line, and below the water line where the resistance to slamming loads and reduction of water resistance and wake are not critical. Necessary equipment is installed within the open truss volume before the above-water-line panels are fully installed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a liquefied gas storage tank and a vessel comprising same, wherein the liquefied gas storage tank of the present invention comprises a corner block which is arranged at a corner where a first surface and a second surface at different angles meet each other and form a storage space for accommodating liquefied gas. The corner block comprises: a lower block which is provided inside the first and second surfaces and includes a single board; an upper block which is bonded to a secondary barrier of the lower block; and an upper connecting block which is on the upper surfaces of neighboring lower blocks, is bonded to the secondary barriers, and connects the lower blocks. The upper block comprises: a first inner fixing unit and a second inner fixing unit which are respectively provided inside the first surface and inside the second surface and bonded to the secondary barriers, each of the first inner fixing unit and second inner fixing unit having a structure in which a primary inner plywood, a primary corner insulating material, and a primary outer plywood are stacked; and an inner bent portion which is installed at a corner space portion between the first inner fixing unit and the second inner fixing unit. The inner bent portion has both side surfaces that are perpendicular to the secondary barrier and have reduced length compared with the total height of each of the first and second inner fixing units.

    摘要: The invention pertains to construction of production facilities and can be used as a part of construction of production complexes intended for hydrocarbon processing, storage, and offloading of the processed products (including, but not limited to, natural gas liquefaction plants, ammonia plants, hydrogen plants, as well as power plants) on gravity-based structures (GBS). Topside modules are fabricated at a production site. A gravity-based structure (GBS), which can stay afloat during transportation by water, is used as a foundation for the modules installation. Modules fabrication includes the following stages: At Stage I, components are fabricated; at Stage II, nodes are fabricated from the components; at Stage III, sub-assemblies are fabricated from the nodes; at Stage IV, assemblies are shotblasted and painted; and at Stage V, modules are assembled from the assemblies. Then modules transportation, movement to their seats on the GBS and their integration include the following Stages. At Stage VI, the modules are moved to an area near the dock with the help of self-propelled vehicles. At Stage VII, each module is moved onto guides of a lifting system installed in a dry dock. At Stage VIII, each module is lifted until lifting system guides are connected with guides of the GBS top slab. At Stage IX, each module is moved to its seat on the GBS, installed on the GBS and integrated with other modules and the GBS. The invention allows establishing a GBS production complex which can withstand ice impact in ice conditions, fully fabricate the production complex at a specialized production site with dry dock(s), provides better maneuverability during movement of individual topside modules at the fabrication yard and eliminate the need for special bridge structures to move topside modules on the GBS.

In a state where unit elements are arranged adjacent to each other, each of the unit elements being formed by stacking the secondary insulation wall, the secondary barrier, and a fixed insulation wall which is a part of the primary insulation wall, the primary insulation wall may comprise: a connection insulation wall provided in the space between the adjacent fixed insulation walls; first slits formed between the fixed insulation walls and the connection insulation wall when the connection insulation wall is inserted and installed between the adjacent fixed insulation walls; a plurality of second slits formed in a lengthwise direction and a widthwise direction of the fixed insulation walls; and a first insulating filler material for filling the first slits.
