The invention provides new compounds, phosphazenyl phosphines, metal complexes of phosphazenyl phosphines and manufacturing and usage of phosphazenyl phosphines as well as of their metal complexes. The new compounds are stronger P-superbases than the corresponding Schwesinger type phosphazene N-superbases and can be used as catalysts for chemical reactions.
