Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas replacement method for a powder or granular material, which makes it possible to efficiently carry out gas replacement for the powder or granular material in a short time by exerting simple pressure control for the replacement gas and which can easily be integrated in an automatic line. SOLUTION: Pressure in an airtight container 2 is increased by supplying the replacement gas into the airtight container 2 containing the powder or granular material 1. After the pressure is increased, the replacement gas is emitted out of the airtight container 2 and the pressure is thereby removed. Therefore, when the pressure in the airtight container 2 is increased, the replacement gas enters throughout the powder or granular material 1 and then the pressure in the airtight container 2 is removed to emit air remaining in the powder or granular material 1. Accordingly, the gas replacement is effectively performed. Since the pressure increase and the pressure removal prevent the occurrence of a gas flow, such as movement of the powder or granular material 1, abnormal behavior of the powder or granular material 1 is prevented. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for replacing a gas to a powder granular substance capable of efficiently making the gas substitute for the powder granular substance by a simple mechanism in a short time and suitable for an automatic line. SOLUTION: A casing 7 making a bag 1 being a container under an open condition where a powder 3 is filled exist in a semi-sealed atmosphere, a substituting gas introducing path 8 for introducing the replacing gas into the casing 7, and a pressure oscillation granting means 9 for granting a pressure oscillation into the casing 7, are installed, and the pressure oscillation is granted while the substituent gas is flowed in the semi-sealed atmosphere. As going-in and -out of the gas into a mass of the powder 3 is repeated thereby and the gas substituting for the powder 3 which fills the bag 1 is performed, it is possible to simplify the apparatus itself, and a period for maintenance can be lengthened. It is possible to prevent the powder 3 from flying up caused by mechanical vibration or the like, and there exists no possibility of generating a contamination of the environment, fault of sealing or the like. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux removing method in which IPA (isopropyl alcohol) is not used, flux can be sufficiently removed, and a device is not complicated. SOLUTION: In the flux removing method for removing flux 2 deposited in a soldering device such as a reflow furnace, powder dry ice 3 is blown against the flux 2 together with high-pressure gas to embrittle the flux 2, and the embrittled flux 2 is peeled off by the jet force of high-pressure gas.
