The stabilizer M0 is adjusted by a means M2 according to the determined torsion quantity. In this constitution, the number of revolution of an engine mounted on the vehicle is detected by a means M3. The torsion quantity of the stabilizer M0 is reduction-corrected by a means M4 according to the reduction of the detected number of revolution of the engine. Therefore, when the number of revolution of the engine reduces, engine stall can be prevented even if idle-up is not executed. Therefore, a hydraulic pump for controlling the stabilizer can be made small-sized.
