Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and continuously measure a tightening torque by a tightening tool generating an impact torque, such as an oil pulse wrench, in a short period of time by a simple structure.
SOLUTION: A hydraulic reset mechanism 50 is disposed in between a hydraulic meter 40 and a second communicating passage 23 of a tubular liquid flow passage 24 which connects a first communicating passage 22 of a hydraulic cylinder 20 and the second communicating passage 23, and while a part in between the hydraulic meter 40 of the liquid flow passage 24 and the second communicating passage 23 is shut, the part is configured to open when an operator performs an operation to open the liquid flow passage 24, for example, the operation via a cock which is not shown in figures. By this configuration, after measuring the tightening torque of the oil pulse wrench, the pressure value shown on the hydraulic meter 40 becomes "0" without pushing back a plunger 25 in the hydraulic cylinder 20 to the original position by rotating a joint 27 in reverse to make possible the measurement of the next tightening toque by the oil pulse wrench.

SOLUTION: This obstacle detection device is provided with a seat plate main body 2 attached to a movable end of the opening and closing member 1, a contact member 26 supported movably on the seat plate main body 2, and a detecting means 56 for detecting moving of the contact member 26. The seat plate main body 2 is provided with an opening 8 opened in the direction of moving and a hollow part 10 communicating with the opening 8. The hollow part 10 is provided with a pair of parallel faces 12, 14 being parallel with the direction of moving and a pair of seat faces 16, 18 having an interval becoming narrower from the pair of parallel faces 12, 14 toward the opening 8. The contact member 26 is provided with a contact part 28, connection parts 32, 34 formed to pass through the opening 8 and extended from the contact part 28 toward the hollow part 10, and projecting parts 36, 38 coming into contact with the connection parts 32, 34 continuously and projecting more than the opening 8 in the hollow part 10. The projecting parts 36, 38 are provided with curved faces 40, 42 coming into contact with the pair of seat faces 16, 18, respectively, to support the contact member to swing and move freely.
