Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake disk capable of forming inexpensively and precisely a recess facing a sensor for an ABS while preventing manufacturing cost from becoming high and weight from being increased. SOLUTION: The brake disk includes a planar plate-like annular braking disk 10 brought into pressure contact with a brake pad of a brake device 3, and a hub disk 20 arranged inside the braking disk 10, and recesses 5 facing the sensor 6 of the anti-locking brake device (ABS) are formed at a fixed interval along a circumferential direction on a surface of the braking disk 10 or the hub disk 20 by mechanical machining. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a floating brake disk by accurately assembling a washer and a spring member on a connection pin, and to provide the floating brake disk which is assembled using the same, and a device for assembling the floating brake disk. SOLUTION: The floating brake disk includes a braking disk 10, a hub disk 20 fitted inside the braking disk 10, the connection pin assembled in a connection hole 31 between both disks 10, 20, and the spring member 33 and the washer 34 externally mounted on the connection pin. The connection pin has a cylindrical body 41 mounted in the connection hole 31 with almost no clearance therefrom, a first collar 42 formed at one end of the body 41, and a caulked part 43A continuously provided at the other end of the body 41. In the method for assembling the floating brake disk using the connection pin, the caulked part 43A is caulked to form a second collar 42 which has a larger diameter than the body 41. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallpaper adhesive composition for forming a film (adhesive layer) excellent in gas permeability. SOLUTION: The wallpaper adhesive composition comprises (a) 5-20 mass% starch as a solid content, (b) 1-10 mass% resin emulsion as a solid content, and (c) at least one component selected from (c-1) not more than 10 mass% inorganic porous material and (c-2) 0.1-10 mass% essential oil component (the mass% being based on the mass of the entire composition).
