Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which is easy and inexpensive in production cost by preventing generation of an inconvenient problem appearing in producing a polymer material in which a lubricative microcapsule is mixed. SOLUTION: The method for production a self-lubricative polymer comprises a process of cooling a polymer material to an extremely low temperature to produce a fragile frozen polymer material, a process of pulverizing the fragile frozen polymer material to produce superfine polymer powder, a process of adding a plurality of the microcapsules containing lubricative fluid to the superfine polymer to produce a polymer mixture containing the lubricative microcapsules, and a process of molding the polymer mixture containing the lubricative microcapsules. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify chemical instability that occurs when a refrigerant HFO-1234yf with a double bond in a molecule contacts with metal, and to provide a member for forming a refrigerating circuit with a metal surface taking measures for eliminating the chemical instability based on the clarification. SOLUTION: The member for forming the refrigerating circuit with the metal surface is used for the refrigerating circuit using the specific refrigerant HF-1234yf formed of the molecule with the double bond. The metal surface contacted with the HFO-1234yf is coated by a coating layer substantially unreactive to the HFO-1234yf within a use temperature range. The coating layer is formed of one of a coating fixed on the metal surface, a coating layer formed by the adhesion of a specific component added in a lubricating oil, and a coating layer in which a metal surface layer forming the metal surface itself is modified. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical contact member which has wear resistance under a relatively high load of about 1 N or more, and is excellent in sliding characteristics and excellent in heat resistance, and moreover has corrosion resistance; and to provide a method for producing the electrical contact member having such characteristics, and an electrical contact using the electrical contact member. SOLUTION: The electrical contact member has a surface layer composed of a noble metal or an alloy 1 mainly containing the noble metal. The electrical contact member has a heat-resistant organic coating film 2 made from an organic compound having an ether linkage group on the surface of the surface layer. Date Sep. 6, 1996In accordance with the method according to the invention, for the production of the plastics overlay, first of all a paste is made of a plastics dispersion and fillers. This paste is free of organic solvents and is applied to a sintered porous metal layer. The multilayer material thus produced is then sintered. Since the use of organic solvents is dispensed with, health risks and the risk of fire are reduced. Moreover, the composite materials produced according to the invention exhibit excellent cavitation resistance. In addition to conventional lubricant-free applications, such as bearings, these composite materials may consequently be used in particular in gear pumps and shock absorbers.
