PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing L-homoamino acid using microorganisms.SOLUTION: There are provided a method of producing L-homoamino acid in which a culture of a microorganism, which produces Npun_F2464 derived from Nostoc punctiforme PCC73102 or homolog protein of the protein, or a processed product of the culture is used as an enzyme source, and a method of producing L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine in which the microorganism having a capability of producing and accumulating L-phenylalanine or L-tyrosine is cultured in a medium, L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine is created and accumulated in the culture, and L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine is collected from the culture.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a target substance by feeding a sugar powder to a culture vessel under a condition of enabling the sterilization without dissolving and caking the sugar at the feed, and using the sugar. SOLUTION: The fermentation processing method includes continuously or intermittently feeding the feed sugar powder containing glucose and sucrose to the culture vessel through a feed pipe to enable high productivity in the method for producing the target substance by culturing microorganisms having target substance-producing abilities in a liquid medium in the culture vessel and collecting the target substance from the medium. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean cell or soybean that contains a high concentration tryptophan and is useful as a good quality feedstuff, marine feed or realizes its progeny or tissue derived therefrom. SOLUTION: The soybean cell or soybean is prepared by transferring a promotor that can be expressed in soybean together with OASA1D gene that is a modified type, rice plant anthranilic acid synthetic enzyme gene.
