    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing L-homoamino acid using microorganisms.SOLUTION: There are provided a method of producing L-homoamino acid in which a culture of a microorganism, which produces Npun_F2464 derived from Nostoc punctiforme PCC73102 or homolog protein of the protein, or a processed product of the culture is used as an enzyme source, and a method of producing L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine in which the microorganism having a capability of producing and accumulating L-phenylalanine or L-tyrosine is cultured in a medium, L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine is created and accumulated in the culture, and L-homophenylalanine or L-homotyrosine is collected from the culture.
