    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent adhesive strength between polyolefin and polyolefin and between polyolefin and a different material (inorganic materials and the like such as metal, resin, and glass), having high fluidity at low temperature and good fusibility in a low-temperature range, and exhibiting heat resistance after adhesion. SOLUTION: The graft copolymer satisfies the following conditions (a)-(e): (a) the graft copolymer has a main chain derived from one or more monomers selected from [I] acrylic acids and derivatives thereof, [II] methacrylic acids and derivatives thereof, [III] vinyl esters and derivatives thereof, [IV] styrene and derivatives thereof, and [V] vinyl group-containing silane compounds, and at least one of the monomers has a crosslinkable functional group; (b) a side chain of the graft copolymer is derived from a reactive polyolefin having a mesopentad fraction (mmmm) of 30-80 mol% and containing 0.5-1.0 terminal unsaturated group per one molecule, and the reactive polyolefin is a homopolymer of an olefin or a copolymer of two or more kinds of olefins selected from 3-28C α-olefins, or a copolymer of ≥50 mass% of one or more monomers selected from 3-28C α-olefins and ≤50 mass% of ethylene; (c) the graft copolymer has a graft rate of 1-150 mass%; (d) the graft copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of 500-400,000 by GPC measurement; and (e) the graft copolymer has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5-4.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax-like ionomer ("ionomer wax") having a low melt viscosity produced by using polyethylene wax or a reaction product of a paraffin wax and an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative. SOLUTION: This ionomer wax is provided by containing a Fischer-Tropsch wax or a polyethylene wax made by functionalizing by free radical-grafting the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative and then hydrolyzing, the ionomer wax having a melt viscosity of 30,000 mPa s measured at 140°C and a 70 to 135°C dropping point or softening point.
