The clutch 31 includes: a moving gear body 65 always rotated integrally with the wheel 26, engaged with the fixed gear body 69 when it is moved in a predetermined direction and disengaged therefrom in the opposite direction to the predetermined direction; an armature 61 pressing out the moving gear body 65 in the predetermined direction when it is rotated relative to the moving gear body 65; and an electromagnetic coil part 60 applying brake resistance to the armature to regulate the following turn of the armature 61 and the moving gear body 65. The armature 61 is provided with a clutch holding surface 64D for continuing the clutch connecting state even if the electromagnetic coil part 60 is turned off even in the clutch connecting state where the fixed gear body 69 and the moving gear body 65 engage with each other.
