Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire using a rubber composition which is excellent in low heat build-up property and wear resistance and suitable for a tread. SOLUTION: A rubber composition, in which hydrous silicic acid having a specific structure represented below, and as a dispersant, at least one of hydrazide compounds and compounds each having an oxazoline part, thiazoline part, alkoxysilane part or allyltin part and a bipolar nitrogen-containing part are incorporated in natural rubber and/or diene-based synthetic rubber, is used for a tread. The hydrous silicic acid is characterized in that the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide-adsorption specific surface area (CTAB) (m 2 /g) and the diameter A ac (nm) of the most frequent number value of the primary aggregate found by acoustic particle size distribution measurement satisfy the following formula (A): A ac ≥-0.76×(CTAB)+274, and the ignition loss (mass loss (%) when heated at 750°C for 3 h) and the heating loss (mass loss (%) when heated at 105°C for 2 h) satisfy following formula (B): (ignition loss)-(heating loss)≤3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building curable polyorganosiloxane composition forming a cured product having a matte surface without using a special additive. SOLUTION: The polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a specific polyorganosiloxane, (B) 1-10 pts.wt. of a specified organosilane and/or a partial hydrolyzate condensate thereof, (C) 5-20 pts.wt. of untreated fine particulate silica having 100-300 m 2 /g specific surface area and (D) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a curing catalyst as constituent components. The polyorganosiloxane composition is obtained by mixing only 95.0-99.5 pts.wt. of 100 pts.wt. of the polyorganosiloxane of the component (A) with the organosilane and/or the partial hydrolyzate condensate of the component (B) in a prescribed ratio under conditions of cut off moisture, then mixing the resultant mixture with the fine particulate silica of the component (C) and the curing catalyst of the component (D) and subsequently compounding the obtained mixture with residual 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. of the component (A) and an optional component in a prescribed ratio within 8 h after mixing the components (A), (B), (C) and (D).
