Moreover, by arranging the shaft B being the rotary shaft of the arm member 6, in other words, the shaft portion 6b of the arm member 6, inside a sector range F being the rotation range of the arm 3 and on the more resistance element 5 side than the shaft A, the length of the arm member 6, i.e., the length of an arm portion 6a can be shortened, and consequently the weight of the arm member 6 can be reduced.
