    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained-release composition that does not cause abnormal response at an administration site and maintains persistent activity of the contained bioactive protein or peptide when a predetermined amount of a bioactive protein or peptide is administered.
    SOLUTION: The bioactive protein-containing nanoparticle composition comprises a bioactive protein or peptide, a water-soluble carbonate, a water-soluble phosphate and a water-soluble zinc salt with one another to form nanoparticle precipitates. The water-soluble zinc salt is added such that the compositional ratio of bioactive protein: the water-soluble zinc salt in a weight ratio is in the range of 1:0.2-1:3.5. The bioactive protein or peptide is G-CSF, hGH, interferon, erythropoietin or midkine.

    SOLUTION: The nanoparticle containing a physiologically active protein or peptide is obtained by making a physiologically active protein or peptide insoluble in water, preparing a primary nanoparticle by using the water-insoluble matter, a medium/long-chain organic compound containing both a hydrophobic group and an anionic residue and a surfactant and bringing the primary nanoparticle into contact successively with a divalent or trivalent metal salt and a divalent or trivalent basic salt. The external preparation comprises the nanoparticle as an active ingredient.
