    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for targeted introduction of exogenous sequences into a genome of a plant cell.SOLUTION: A method for introduction of exogenous sequences into a genome of a plant cell comprises (a) a step of contacting the plant cell with a donor DNA vector comprising first and second and fifth DNA sequences in which the fifth sequence comprises the DNA vector to be introduced, and is inserted between the first and second sequences of the donor DNA vector, wherein third and fourth sequences in the genome of the plant cell can be chromosomal DNA sequences, (b) causing each fusion protein of a pair of fusion protein to expresses a nuclease which is a fusions between a cleavage domain of a Fok I restriction endonuclease and an engineered zinc finger binding domain in the cell to cleave a chromosomal DNA at one or more corresponding target site between the third and fourth sequences.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition reduced in crystallization velocity of a pesticide active ingredient; and to provide a method for reducing the crystallization velocity using the composition.SOLUTION: The composition comprises (a) one or more species of pesticides and (b) one or more species of oil-soluble polymers having 6.9-9.0 solubility parameter and selected from (1) polymers having lipophilicity and (2) polymers having both lipophilicity and hydrophilicity. In the composition, each pesticide is soluble in at least one kind of the group consisting of (1) monomers for producing the polymers, (2) oligomers having almost the same ratio of a monomer unit composition as that of the polymers, (3) the polymers and (4) solutions of the polymers and organic solvents.
