Abstract:
By storing a liquid to be treated in a treatment tank main body 10 having a bottom portion 10g that narrows downward, with particles of materials to be treated dispersed therein, taking out the liquid to be treated from a position lower than the liquid level of the treatment tank main body 10, and returning the liquid to the bottom portion 10g of the treatment tank main body 10, thereby circulating the liquid to be treated while forming a vortex flow within the treatment tank main body 10, and at the same time supplying air bubbles from the lower part of the treatment main unit 10, a first component contained in froths is separated from a second component, which is less susceptible to floatation, contained in the liquid to be treated.
Abstract:
A system and method for remediating a body of water and collecting suspended and dissolved solids therefrom are provided. The system includes a water-impervious lining positionable in a depression in or adjacent a body of water. The lining and depression define a treatment vessel, which includes a treatment portion, an outlet portion for containing treated water, and an outflow weir between the treatment portion and the outlet portion. Water to be treated is transported from the water body to the treatment portion. An entrapment element is delivered and mixed into the transported water, the entrapment element for capturing suspended and dissolved solids in the transported water and effecting a separation between the captured solids and water cleansed therefrom. The captured solids can be removed from the treatment basin, and the cleansed water can move through a channel in the outflow weir into the outlet portion.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble production apparatus which can produce a liquid containing bubbles having a smaller diameter than that of the conventional ones, and to provide an apparatus and method of producing hydrogen water. SOLUTION: The microbubble production apparatus 40 comprises a cylinder 41 having an inflow port 41a and an outflow port 41b for the liquid, a rotor 42 having an outer peripheral surface 42a forming the inner wall of a passage of the fluid in the cylinder 41, a stator 43 forming the outer wall of the passage of the fluid in the cylinder 41 and having an inner peripheral surface 43a opposed to the outer peripheral surface 42a of the rotor, a motor 44 for rotating the rotor 42 and the stator 43 relatively, and a projection-recess part 42b, 43b formed in a cycle in a circumferential direction at least on one of the outer peripheral surface 42a of the rotor 42 and the inner peripheral surface 43a of the stator 43. A gas-liquid mixture fluid flowing in from the inflow port 41a of the cylinder 41 is discharged from the outflow port 41b of the cylinder 41 as the liquid containing microbubbles. Abstract:
A solid-liquid separator that separates raw water containing suspended solids into suspended solids (solid) and treated water (liquid) in easy and a short time is provided. A solid-liquid separator includes a separation tub, an inflow pipe configured to rotate raw water which flowed from the outlet of the inflow pipe in the separation tub, a froth discharge pipe configured to discharge the suspended solids surfaced in the separation tub and a treated water discharge pipe configured to discharge treated water by which the suspended solids were removed from raw water from the separation tub.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid/liquid separator easily separating suspended solids contained in raw water from the raw water in a separation tank in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The solid/liquid separator has a flow-in pipe 13 arranged rather on the outside than the center of the separation tank 11 so that flown-in raw water swirls inside the separation tank 11, a floss discharge port 14a for discharging suspended solids having the specific gravity smaller than that of water and floated inside the separation tank 33, a floss discharge pipe 14 in which the floss discharge port 14a is positioned near the water surface of raw water inside the separation tank 11, and a treated water discharge pipe 16 for discharging the treated water from the separation tank 11 wherein the suspended solids are removed from the raw water.
